Appeals Court Hammers Judge for 'Unacceptable' Disobedience

A judge of compensation engaged in completely "unacceptable behavior" by deliberately ignoring several appellate court rulings calling for a higher attorney fee award, according to a decision from the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
