The act of hiring an attorney was sufficient evidence to find that the health of an injured worker did not preclude him from comprehending the importance of pending matters, an Ohio appellate court said in holding that a man who missed the deadline to challenge a determination of the extent of his compensable injuries was not entitled to relief.
