Division Moves SIBTF Office

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced a new address for the Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund in Sacramento. The new office is at 1750 Howe Ave, suite 370. The division said in a statement that the office phone number remains the same as when the SIBTF office was located at 160 Promenade Circle in Sacramento. The Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund was created to encourage employers to hire workers with pre-existing disabilities by covering part of the cost of any claim if they are injured.
