Mental Illness the Subject of IAIABC Podcast

The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions has released a podcast titled, “Invisible Illness: Mental Health and Workers' Compensation.”

In the podcast, which is free and available to the public, IAIABC Executive Director Jennifer Wolf Horejsh explores different jurisdictional approaches to handling mental illness in workers' compensation claims.

The podcast discusses various statutes and rules, evolving treatments and how improving the visibility of these illnesses can impact injured worker outcomes.
