Property and casualty insurer Chubb Group has hired Bill Stewart to lead its global cyber risk division, the company announced Tuesday.
The division sells policies covering losses that arise from technology issues such as computer viruses, data breaches and server failures. It also sells products to help prevent and respond to such issues.
Stewart joined Chubb this month from the management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, where he worked for almost 28 years and led the firm's business technology unit.
