Lawsuit Alleges Garbage Co. Concealed Liabilities for Failed N.Y. Group Trust

California-based Waste Connections Inc. is suing the former owner of a garbage company for failing to disclose nearly $5 million in assessments by New York regulators for liabilities stemming from a workers' compensation group trust that failed in 2010.
