General Assembly Passes First Responder PTSD Bill

Virginia lawmakers gave final approval to a bill modifying provisions that allow coverage of certain mental health conditions suffered by firefighters and law enforcement officers. The House of Delegates on Wednesday unanimously signed off on amendments to HB 1313 that were made by the Senate to reduce its scope.
