WCC Updates Release Form

The South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission updated the form  used by injured workers to waive their right to have their claim files kept private. Records relating to workplace accidents, injuries and settlements are generally not open to the public, but workers who complete the "Authorization of Release of Claims Information" form waive their right to have the Workers' Compensation Commission keep their records private.
