The California Assembly Insurance Committee is scheduled to hear testimony at its next meeting on a bill that would increase permanent partial disability benefits by 51%. Committee members are also slated to hear bills on Wednesday related to fraud reporting and professional athlete claims for occupational diseases and cumulative traumas. Sen.
