Facts: Deborah Diann Gunter worked at a Bill's Super Foods as a cashier. She allegedly injured herself while picking up a 50-pound bag of dog food while at work in January 2015.
According to Gunter, she felt a “muscle pull” as she was lifting the bag and woke up “stiff” the next morning.
