Montana’s Labor-Management Advisory Council will review medical reports and possibly vote to support legislation during a meeting on Tuesday in Helena.
Council members will discuss draft legislation to allow injured workers to reopen a claim to continue receiving medical benefits five years after the date of injury. The reforms of 2011 included a provision that automatically terminates medical benefits after five years.
