The Senate Appropriations Committee passed amended bills addressing the process of applying for payments from the $120 million Return to Work Supplemental Program and how state agencies share data about workers’ compensation fraud.
The committee on Friday voted 7-0 to pass AB 2046, and 5-2 to pass AB 553, both of which were introduced by Assemblyman Tom Daly, D-Anaheim.
