Large-Deductible Rules Last Comp Issue for Insurance Commissioner

Having recently approved an eighth consecutive advisory pure premium rate cut, California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones has one last workers’ compensation issue to address, with pending rules that would establish minimum financial strength requirements for carriers writing large-deductible policies.
