BWC Posts Proposed Rule Changes for Comment

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is seeking comments on proposed regulatory changes to address outdated modes of communication. The BWC said it is proposing the changes to rules in Chapter 4123-19 in response to the state’s commonsense initiative.
