A doctor in Texas was ordered to pay $376,368 in restitution after he pleaded guilty to defrauding federal and state workers’ compensation programs, the Division of Workers’ Compensation announced.
Dr. Clinton Battle, of Arlington, admitted to submitting fraudulent bills for physical therapy, office exams and functional capacity evaluations five years, starting in 2012.
