CWCI Study Finds Workers' Access to Medical Treatment Remains Consistent

Injured workers' access to medical care for their initial treatment was consistent between 2010 and 2020, but average and median wait times for the first visit varied by type of care, according to a new study from the California Workers’ Compensation Institute.
