The Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee is meeting Oct. 17 to select three potential nominees for the Workers’ Compensation Board that will be submitted to the governor.
The committee on Thursday announced that it is accepting applications for a board member position at the Department of Workers’ Claims for a term expiring Jan. 4, 2027.
Applicants must be a licensed attorney for a minimum of eight years and have the qualifications required of an appeals court judge, except for district residency requirements.
