New Mexico workers' compensation judges Shanon S. Riley and David L. Skinner have each been appointed to serve an additional five-year term, the state Workers' Compensation Administration announced on Tuesday.Riley was initially appointed to a one-year term as a workers’ compensation judge on Aug. 20, 2011.
