A window and door manufacturer in Hialeah, Florida, is facing proposed federal penalties of $398,545 after part of a worker’s finger was amputated.
PGT Industries Inc., operating as CGI Windows and Doors Inc., was cited Thursday by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The company has 15 business days to contest the citations.
