Unlicensed Agent Sentenced to Probation, Restitution for Stealing Premiums

An unlicensed Hacienda Heights insurance agent convicted of nine felony counts of grand theft for stealing premiums was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay $414,910 in restitution, the California Department of Insurance announced. Ai Ling Lee, also known as Linda Lee, was convicted and sentenced Wednesday.
