Rule Change Would Require PBMs to Pass Along Rebates

Pharmacy benefit managers will have to pass along any rebates or other "third-party revenue" to employers and insurers under amendments to the Pharmacy Fee Schedule proposed by the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. The proposed amendments also add language to further regulate prices for compounded drugs and repackaged drugs.
