OSHA Cites Contractor for Trench Collapse

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined a contractor in Frisco $107,228 for repeatedly exposing workers to trench hazards. Bandera Utility Contractors sent workers into unprotected trenches without providing a way to get out in case of a cave-in, the agency said.
