Pain Management Doc Charged With Billing Fraud

The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office announced fraud charges against a Northern California pain management doctor that the Department of Industrial Relations alleges was the second-most-frequent lien filer in 2022. The District Attorney’s Office said Dr. Gary Martinovsky, 51, was charged with fraudulent billing, double billing and billing for services not rendered. Martinovsky owns Integrated Pain Care.
