A half-century after a nuclear-bomb-laden B-52 crashed in Greenland, three members of a Danish cleanup crew contend they're due U.S. workers' compensation benefits for the cancers they're now fighting.
That's according to a case now before the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in New York. Attorneys for the defendants have said the claims by the three elderly Danes are a long shot.
