IBR Apps Drop in 2018-19; Providers Bemoan Inability to Recover Filing Fee

Applications for independent bill review fell below 2,000 in 2018 and 2019 for the first time since the process started in 2013, according to a new report by the California Division of Workers’ Compensation.
