An office worker's injuries from a car accident while she driving home from a restaurant after she got drunk with another employee, whom she regarded as her supervisor, was not compensable, the Oregon Court of Appeals ruled.In a decision on Thursday, the court said that even if Ashley Schutz's primary motive for attending the after-hours gathering was work-related, it does not follow that her intoxication and injuries arose out of her employment.The case was Schutz v.
