The U.S. Senate has passed House Joint Resolution 83, which would overturn a regulation allowing the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to cite businesses that don’t keep records of workplace injuries for five years.
The Senate passed the resolution on Wednesday with a 50-48 vote. The House of Representatives passed it earlier this month. It now heads to President Trump, who is expected to sign it.
