Bill Extending Deadline for Mental Health Group Report Heads to Governor's Desk

The Utah Senate voted 26-0 on Thursday in favor of a measure that would extend the deadline for the final report from a task force that studies the compensability of mental health claims for first responders. House Bill 25, by Rep. Karen Kwan, D-Murray, would extend the deadline to 2025. Utah’s House of Representatives unanimously approved HB 25 last month. The bill will now head to Gov.
