DWC Posts Adjustments to Pathology, Clinical Lab Section of Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Monday posted an order adjusting the pathology and clinical laboratory section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to relevant 2022 changes in the Medicare payment system. The order adopts Medicare’s April 2022 quarterly update to the pathology and clinical laboratory fee schedule, the division said in a statement.
