The Arizona House of Representatives unanimously passed a bill that would exempt certain noncomplying employers from being placed in the state's assigned risk plan.
The House voted 59-0 on Tuesday to pass HB 2032, by Rep. David Livingston, R-Peoria.
Arizona law requires placing employers in the assigned risk plan after two or more insurers refuse to provide work comp coverage.
