Lawmakers in Kansas, Mississippi, Nebraska and South Dakota are considering bills that would explicitly shield payers from reimbursing injured workers for using medical cannabis. A legislator in New Jersey, however, is bucking the trend and proposing a law that would explicitly require comp to cover cannabis in some circumstances.
