The California state Assembly Insurance Committee on Thursday unanimously approved a bill that would grant a skin cancer presumption to game wardens and state parks workers with law enforcement responsibilities.
Assembly Bill 334, by Assemblyman Kevin Mullin, D-South San Francisco, would create a rebuttable presumption that skin cancer is an industrial illness for peace officers who work for the Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Department of Parks and Recreation.
