The Mississippi Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal of a worker’s motion to reinstate his claim as time-barred. Case: Tillman v. KLLM Transport, No. 2021-WC-00057-COA, 02/15/2022, published. Facts: Howard Tillman injured his back in April 2014 while working as a truck driver for KLLM Transport. He was treated for a lumbar strain, and a magnetic resonance imaging scan revealed he had a degenerative disc disease resulting in severe spinal stenosis.
