IRS Quietly Increases Mileage Reimbursement Rate

The California Division of Workers' Compensation on Thursday announced that the reimbursement rate for medical and medical-legal travel expenses increased to 76 cents per mile, effective July 1, from 72.5 cents per mile. The division said the new rate must be paid for all travel on or after July 1, regardless of the date of injury.
