Advisory Council Publishes Summary of High Court Decisions

The Tennessee Advisory Council on Workers’ Compensation published a summary of significant decisions the state’s high court issued in 2021. The report includes a synopsis of cases addressing procedural issues such as statutes of limitations and subject matter jurisdiction, causation, and permanent and temporary disability.
