An applicants’ attorney who allegedly referred his clients to receive services from an interpreting company he controlled was charged with 20 felony counts in what the California Department of Insurance said is a $311,000 fraud scheme.
Moses Luna, 73, of Newport Beach, was arrested Thursday.
He is accused of creating Adelante Interpreters and using the firm to provide translation and interpreting services to his clients during depositions and medical appointments.
