UR Fraud Case Reaches Golden State

A doctor who surrendered his New York medical license in 2013 after he was convicted of fraudulent billing, and who is facing new charges of setting up a fraudulent utilization review company using a stolen identity, reviewed more than 1,000 claims from injured workers in California.
