Comp Court Selects Optum for Fee Schedule Contract

The Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court announced plans to contract with Optum to help revise its medical fee schedule. The court on Thursday posted a notification of intent to award to Optum the contract it announced in May. The Workers’ Compensation Court that month posted a request for proposals seeking bids for a contractor to update Current Procedural Terminology codes, relative values, conversion factors and other components of the state’s fee schedule.
