A New York appellate court ruled that a worker was entitled to summary judgment on his Labor Law claim for an electric shock injury and that the electrical subcontractor for the project also should have been granted summary judgment dismissing the third-party claims for common-law indemnification, contribution and contractual indemnification against it.
