The Offices of the New York State Inspector General announced that a home health worker who was paid more than $6,000 for services that were never provided pleaded guilty to fraud, according to local media reports.
Denise Lewis, 45, was sentenced to three years of probation Monday. She pleaded guilty to third-degree insurance fraud in May and paid $6,600 in restitution.
