The California 2nd District Court of Appeal on Monday granted a request by the California Applicants' Attorneys Association to publish its decision in Valdez v. Warehouse Demo Services.CAAA participated in the case as an amicus in support of applicant Elayne Valdez, who joined the motion for publication filed earlier this month.
