DWC Seeks Input on Billing and Reimbursement Rules

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is conducting a survey on costs to implement contemplated changes to the agency’s designated doctor and other certifying doctors’ billing and reimbursement rules. The informal draft rules would: Adjust the fees first by applying the Medicare Economic Index percentage adjustment factor for the period 2009-2024.
