Agency Approves NCCI Manual Amendments for Trucking and Towing

The Texas Department of Insurance has adopted amendments to National Council on Compensation Insurance manuals regarding trucking and towing classifications. The amendments eliminate, revise and establish classifications, make technical changes to four manuals, and eliminate national and state special classifications with low credibility — those that are too small to develop meaningful data for rate-making purposes.
