The Alaska Division of Workers' Compensation is seeking comments on its rules as part of the governor's regulatory reform order.
Gov. Mike Dunleavy issued Administrative Order 360 in August, directing state agencies to review all regulations in order "to improve the quality, transparency and efficiency of the state's regulatory environment."
The division said it is particularly interested in specific ideas for regulatory change that could clarify obligations and agency roles, streamline procedures, reduce costs, increase transparency or improve communications.
