Connecticut prosecutors announced fraud charges against a nurse accused of failing to disclose her outside employment while she collected workers' compensation benefits. In 2021, Tashia McKenzie, 36, reported a back injury while working at St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury. She received temporary partial and total temporary disability benefits.
