American International Group Inc. has named Martha Gallo as its chief Information officer, to replace Philip Fasano, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.
Gallo previously served as AIG’s chief auditor. AIG plans to appoint a new chief auditor soon.
Gallo joined AIG in May 2015, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before that, she was executive vice president, and head of global compliance and regulatory management, at JP Morgan Chase. She was at JP Morgan since 1981.
