DWC Announces Plans to Revise Physician Dispensing Rules

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation published a notice in the Florida Administrative Register announcing plans to review physician dispensing rules. The division said in a statement that the rules will address “medical reimbursement and utilization requirements regarding physician-dispensed medication.” The notice in the register explains that proposed regulatory changes are not available.
