June, July Cases to Be Set for August Docket

Cases that were postponed from June because of the pandemic will now be set for August to help avoid a backlog, the North Carolina Industrial Commission said in a bulletin. Deputy commissioners also will attempt to schedule July docketed cases for August as they continue to adjust to the changes wrought by the coronavirus pandemic and its social distancing requirements.
