The New York Workers' Compensation Board is reminding stakeholders that it has again postponed the deadline for compliance with parts of its drug formulary, medical treatment guidelines and fee schedules for durable medical equipment.
The board said in an emailed bulletin that, thanks to the continuing COVID-19 health crisis in the state, a Jan. 1 compliance date has been extended until an unannounced date in the second quarter this year. The date will coincide with the launch of the limited release version of OnBoard, the new, online claims management system.
