WCRI Estimates Workers Covered by Presumptions in Five States

More than 266,000 workers are likely to be covered by COVID-19 presumptions or temporary statute changes in Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky and Missouri, according to the first in a series of new studies released by the Workers Compensation Research Institute.
